Default $3,000 in VIP Room NYC

Most upscale gown club, NYC, receipts looked like it was $1200 per hour with tips as large as the bill.
Could this be just one dancer? Just dancing?
Can anyone describe what actually happens for 2.5 hours? Would the same girl stay with her customer? Doesn't she get tired and doesn't it get boring once you take off the gown?
Thanks all, just trying to figure this out...

I don't think so either, LOL! But at PEC (sounds like PEC from the description), people routinely drop a few G's in a night, don't they? I remember that case from the dude who charged $25,000 or so in one night to his corporate expense account and had to pay it back. So it's certainly possible that a guy could spend $3000 on expensive bottles and VIP time with a few hot chicks for himself as well as his friends, and still keep his belt buckled.

I suppose it all comes down to whether you trust him or not. If not, your issues go way beyond one night at PEC.

$3,000 for a VIP isn't really all that suprising to me, and a 2.5 hour room isn't all that long either..I've had 3,4 and even once a 6 hour VIP room before. I've had rooms where one guy was paying for the VIP for him and 10 friends and the tab was well over 10grand.

What goes on? To speak for myself...those long VIP's are a lot of conversation. You can only dance for so long before it gets boring, true. But you can talk all night. A good stripper knows how to keep an engaging conversation for as long as the money flows. ( no matter how bored she might be. The money counter just keeps adding up in her head, and that's plenty of motivation)

Oh...I just saw your asking about your S.O. and his reciept...well....can't answer for that. Could be a number of things....from the innocent to the completly not.

I trust him...but I don't want to be naive. So if y'all told me that there is NO WAY someone pays that amount without certain benefits, I'd revisit the issue with him. Even visualizing the 'innocent' visit is a little hard since he has never done this before. But I think I understand why it happened (even better than he does). I am just really glad the issue bubbled up in a Gentlemen's Club and not as an affair. That would be a deal breaker. I did ask why he tipped so well and he told me that she said she would get in trouble if the tip wasn't good. He felt pretty foolish (and hungover) the next day...

Not unheard of at all, but its probably two dancers just dancing, and a big tab of expensive alcohol. In a NYC upscale club that sort of bill isn't that exceptional.

If you think that its what you're fearing, I doubt that would take 2.5 hours. Considering it took that long, I'd say more than likely the dancer(s) spent a considerable amount of that time doing nothing more athletic than sipping Dom.

That's a healthy attitude and I commend you. To answer the original question, I've had VIP's that went on all night ( 6-8 hours) with no "benefits" beyond conversation, dancing, and heavy flirtation.

Wellllll, the first 24 hours after I found out were not healthy
I made him promise to answer every question I had truthfully, and he did.
The weird thing is that what bothered me the most was when he told me the dancer would kiss/nuzzle his neck...so strange that with all the other things that went on, THAT would bother me the most! Oh, and the smudge of mascara on his shirt sleeve...no other makeup found anywhere and no trace of perfume which I really was happy about (not sure why)...
Thanks again, everyone, I REALLY appreciate your input.

A lot of guys want that kissing/nuzzling thing. I think, even if they are happily married, that it is just a stroke to their ego. Like...if we just danced for him it wouldnt be as easy to fantasize that we REALLY like them. And some guys just want some sort of conformation(even if they know in their minds that its just a fantasy)that they are still desirable to women.

I'd be just as worried about the money as what went on. That's a lot of money!!!!

and in a relationship, and big purchases should be mutual, and that's a pretty big purchase.

I can totally see why that would bother you...it seems more intimate than the strictly commercial $20 = boobies interchange, which is exactly why guys shell out thousands for this kind of attention. "Seems" is the operative word here, of course. I can more or less promise you that whatever went on WAS totally commercial in the mind of the dancer, and your husband knew this in the back of his mind, too.

eh, i know a guy who spends about 10 grand a month in the club.. and he doesn't buy buy dances. just tips for convo and buys drinks.

note.. i get some of that money.. but not all of it by far it's split between quite a few girls.

I agree with Yek's first post. And with the nuzzling thing, it could very well be that she is a good dancer, I mean salesperson, that's how she got the VIP--by acting really interested and genuine. Ice cold boobies + $20 interchange does not sell VIPs like the girls who will do something like that. I do similar things like running hands along back of neck occasionally during a dance, hoping it sets me apart and gets more repeat dances and VIPs--and it does. It's a way to be intimate w/o being dirty.

I had a buddy like this, and he did it because the "excitement" in the real relationship had dwindled...

I don't think it's "ego" as much as that burning desire to feel loved, mixed with the excitement of something new...

Guys do seem to have a built in genetic need/craving for "Strange" eh? No matter how good they have it. I think it's God's fault.

Not JUST guys, either. Novelty is a powerful aphrodisiac for me, too.

Hmmmm. Do women chafe at the constraints of monogamy to the same extent that men seem to? Are they more successful at simple restraint? More principled, ethical, culturally/morally conditioned? Or is it more monotony than monogamy that is the issue?

That could be a fascinating discussion, is it on-topic enough for this thread though...not sure.
    What do you think Grace?

Novel experiences stimulate the release of dopamine, a neurotransmittor closely associated with the "reward system" of the brain, and our sense of pleasure. Not the full-tummy-after-Thanksgiving type of pleasure; think more "thrill of the chase" sensation. Drugs like cocaine also stimulate dopamine release.

Individuals can be more and less sensitive to dopamine, and will seeks greater or lesser levels of novelty accordingly. A few recent studies suggest novelty-seeking is a genetic trait., but currently, no studies (that I can find) indicate that novelty-seeking is a sex-linked trait that would be more prevalent in men than in women.

If males are generally percieved to be more "risk-taking" than females, it might be the influence of cultural rewards and punishments for risky behavior. (I.e. boys who take risks are "brave" and "just being boys" while girls who take risks are "out of control", "slutty" or "have no self respect.")

I have nothing insightful to add to your comments though, so I agree:

    Hustler or PEC would do.
Just stay away from VIP or HQ and you'll be fine!
HQ host /madam S.will arrange you a CR with one of "her guys" and you can be there for hours, but you'll be obligated to do "everything"...And if you secure your own client for CR, she magically woun't find a room for you-usual power trip...Work with Nikky instead.

PEC have lots of politics as well, but it's still possible to land your own CR for $600/h...
Plus $500 per room rent and cred. card surcharge...
