I haven't hit the gym this week and I want to do it either tomorrow or Saturday, but I am working both nights this weekend. I was wondering, who works out before they strip? I'm working 7:30-3am but I feel like I could do a light work out, mostly abs and some arms.
Any opinions? Thoughts? Recommendations? I've heard different opinions on this idea. Some people say you should save all your energy for work - others the opposite.
