    Default Belligerently Drunk Idiots

Friday night was a good reminder for me of why I typically avoid the younger set. I'm called over to a table of 6 guys. You know the type: A couple of disgustingly belligerent drunk "kids" accompanied by a couple intoxicated friends who are "looking out" for the ones that can barely stand up. So I'm paid, to give the drunkest one a table dance, I do..and afterwards one of his buddies scoops all of the ones they'd used for tipping off the table and hands them to me. (it was MAYBE $15 in ones)

I could tell this really annoyed a couple of the other guys. Except they began directing their aggravation towards ME. One of these brilliant assholes tells me that I had already been paid for the dance and should give it back. I said something along the lines of it being a tip, and not even one that was given to me by him. That I am at work, and this is how I get paid. So he looks me in the eye, and has the AUDACITY to say, "well, I get paid at work...BUT I work way harder than you bitches."

WTF. I understand that not everyone is going to respect our chosen profession. But WHY do these bastards even bother coming into the club in the first place. What makes them think that they have the right to come into OUR environment and attempt to make us feel like dirt?

I guess this is more of a rant, but I would like to hear your stories, as well as how you deal with guys like this.

It is almost impossible to argue with a drunk, no matter how much in the right you may be. The only way to deal with it is to walk away - preferably in the direction of the nearest bouncer or security man in case any of the idiots are still capable of standing and walking.

Now I just walk away as soon as I get any asshole-vibes. There are other guys in the club and even if there are not, he is not worth it to me. There is no sense in "dealing" with it. That takes time. I know it's hard emotionally though. When this happens I try and think of my best customers.

I've gotta be really desperate for the cash to approach a group of young drunk guys and 9 times out of 10 even when I do approach, I don't get the dance anyway. I just don't have the patience for them. Its strange but I feel like i don't have anything to say to young guys even though I'm young myself. They just seem to self conscious and too eager to prove something, at least older guys know what they want.
Another thing I find with a group of young guys is the unwilingness to "go first." You can see that they're all eager for a dance but none of them want to be the first to leave the table. Its ridiculous and frustrates me no end.

Would like to make this clear: If there are other customers available, then I never approach the table of young, drunk guys. I def have a preference for older customers. However, they had called me over.

Uhh no his job is NOT as hard as yours. He doesn't have to put up with assholes like himself at his job!

But yeah, I'd have probably just taken that moment to smile and walk away. With my $15 Asshole Fee.

So true. Yesterday, there was this group of guys that came in who were probaly just as drunk. They seemed nice at first, then the belligerence started to show. One guy barked a drink order at me, and I said "Excuse me?" Then he goes "I said, we'll take 4 crown and cokes" I told him that I wasn't a waitress but if he'd like I could find him one. These guys shouldn't have been served anymore in my opinion, but it's managements call and so far they hadn't been cut off. So I send a waitress over and she ended up refusing to serve them. I'm thinking, ok good they'll get cut off soon, I am just going to stay away from the table.
Now, comes the punchline! A few minutes later I am on my way to the champagne room with a customer and this same fucking guy grabs me as I am walking by and goes "Where are our drinks? I said I wanted 4 crown and cokes!" By now I'd had enough, so I told my customer to go wait in the CR while I took care of something. I went back over to the guy, I say "Look, I already told you once that I am NOT a waitress. Even if I was, I wouldn't serve you because you are barking orders at me! You guys are done. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a customer waiting" So I go over to tell management and by the time I got there they were already on their way being booted out.

Maybe if we all start avoiding the young, drunk ones they will stop coming in?? I know it's really improbable but it's a nice fantasy.

I think that's a GREAT idea...I wonder what would happen if every member of stripperweb got together and agreed to avoid them ...

That would be great, but there would still be 8 million young chicks hanging on them for dollars anyway!

I don't argue with drunk idiots. I've wasted too much time doing that in the past. If I'm talking to someone and they start arguing with me about whatever, I'll just walk away. If they gave me money for a dance and started acting a fool, they're SOL. I don't do returns.

Now... you can feel even better about walking off with the whole $15. What a dipshit.

Agree 110 percent about the young ones. They expect the world from a ten dollar tip because it's their 18th birthday. Funny when they whip out their parent's credit card though, I had a 19 year old guy do that with me. Was a good night for me... I don't think so much for him after he saw that bill.
