SO I get my e-bill in my email and it tells me that my bill is $81.18, which is WAY too high. I paid almost half that last month, and I've been super good on conserving electric. So, I jaunt outside and do a customer meter reading and my number is way below their estimate. I jump on the intarwebz and punch that along with my billing number into the website designed to accept customer readings. It then pops up with something along the lines of "It s WAY 2 late 4 u give us ur metr numbrz. 2 bad. LOLOL"
In other words, I had a three or four day window before they sent out my bill to give them a reading, and now I have no choice by to pay twice what I normally do.
