Between the presidential mudslinging and the umpteen hours of Super Bowl pregame coverage, I'm not sure which was worse. At least the football is over for six months. After tomorrow, we'll still have two party conventions and the general election to deal with.

I love watching the coverage. I'm an MSNBC guy. Back in 2000 I barely slept during the days following the election including staying awake all night the night of. I remember running around my house cheering and waking up my parents at 4am when it was announced that Al Gore was not going to concede. And it was great watching all the Bush supporters standing in the rain when that announcement was made. If only Nader hadn't run in 2000. Imagine how different the world would be if the thousands of votes Nader got had gone to Gore instead. I think that election taught alot of people that a 3rd party protest vote only helps the person you agree with the least. End of Rant.

Those 3rd party votes aren't protest votes. Some of actually think those people who don't have the resources to put out endless attack ads and don't send anonymous phone calls to us on election eve are better qualified for the job. If they were given the same press airtime under the so-called "equal time" rule, and same access to presidential matching funds they'd probably be making an even bigger dent in the major parties returns than what they are now.

Just voted. No lines, no waiting. Interestingly, I heard at the polling place that a record number of people cast early ballots this year.

I'm interested very much in the results, but not in a blow-by-blow account. I won't watch until its pretty much over. Probably have to put on DVDs or listen to music all night.

I wish they'd let us independents vote in the primaries; maybe I'll move to a state where that is the case.
I loved going to strip clubs; I actually made some friends there. Now things are different for the clubs and for me. As a result I am not as happy.

Customers are not entitled to grope, disrespect, or rob strippers. This is their job, not their hobby, and they all need income. Clubs are not just some erotic show for guys to view while drinking.

NOTE: anything I post here, outside of a direct quote, is my opinion only, which I am entitled to. Take it for what you estimate it is worth.

I don't care who you vote for, get out and vote!

I'm in Oregon. Our primary isn't until May. I doubt my vote is going to count for anything this year, just as it hasn't really counted in the past primaries. Dammit.

I hope Mcain wins in MA so its clear to the rest of the country Romney's own state can't stand him. It says a lot to the rest of the country when you can't win your own state.

MSNBC is my favorite because they actually have people with different views. You have Olberman on the far left, Mathews on the left, Tucker and Joe Scarborough on the right, and Buchanon on the far right.

As far as i'm concerned any channel but FoxNews is a good choice, but MSNBC is my favorite.
