The word is "sanctified." Basically, that word means "made holy," so one would presume all churches are sanctified. It's probably just something that denotes a particularly charismatic denomination, like a gospel or pentecostal congregation.
I believe that in Catholicism, when a church has been built or wishes to be used again after it's defiled in some way, it's supposed to be sanctified by a bishop or something before sacraments are performed in it. That's an obscure memory, reaching back to a former life.
There is a church that has the "sanctified church" in its name. There may well be others. It's pretty fundamental looking.

I was wondering, when someone say he was saintified mean? They also said he went to a saintified church.

OK, "saintified" I can't hep you with. I can only assume they are mispronouncing "sanctified." But maybe that's some other denomination I've never heard of.

The only only thing I could think of besides what is mentioned above in Catholicism, Cathredrals sometimes have relic reside in them. ie: the Church of the Holy Cross (in Boston), houses a piece of the cross that jesus was crusified on. I think the same would hold true for other cathedrals/churches, ie part of a saint (yes they do this) or something he wore/owned at the time of death may be housed there.
Being a former Catholic, I thought of this too, but couldn't find 'saintified' in any online dictionary or on wikipedia.
More than you wanted to know about sanctification
