Sweetie, I'm not dissing you, since I have and do struggle with this kind of stuff myself, but it does look like you have an ED. You're already underweight for your height, yet feel fat and want to be even thinner. You see the healthy muscle tone that comes from running as bulk and wish to exist on little food. It's all a little worrying, though I can't say I don't understand or sympathise.

man, I just watched this adorable facebook video of my friend and her sister...these girls and their whole family are super-athletes...triathalons, yoga-teachers, etc. Watching them dance around all happy with their amazing lean muscled bodies has inspired me!

Whew, new thread, thanks Katrine!
Ok, so my new body fat percent as of this week is down to....dadada...!
21.4! Yay! My goal before was 18-20, so I'm really aiming to lose another percent or two before March is over. My weight is currently 124, I have a good amount of muscle but I'm hoping to get down to 100 since I'm only like 5 feet tall. :p
But, with that 19% hopefully before March is done, I am hoping to lose another 10 pounds. Not a lofty goal I feel!
I've been doing a LOT of box squats, my butt and hams are looking pretty sweet now. I do 115 lbs. for 5 reps, 5 sets. I'm excited to raise the weight soon! My personal trainer friend/boy has been coaching me on everything, especially the hand stands I want to do, I'm really seeing progress!
I'm still eating well, lots of veggies and protein, I still have two-three goat whey shakes a day, sooooo good, 30 grams of protein and no sugar. <3
You girls rock, keep up the amazing work!

Woo! Lost a pound. I've only cut down on cookies so far. Cookies have evil siren songs, so they've been banished from the kitchen.

I love this thread.
I remember moaning in some previous thread about wanting lipo etc etc/ That my legs wouldnt slim down and so on. well iv gone from 160lbs to 149 lbs in 3/4 weeks which is awesome. im stable at that weight at the moment and can feel myself going down still, i havent hit that plateau yet. it was amazing to step on the scales and see 149!! god i love that feeling. iv been running. that is my answer. lots of HIIT running, or stable running. say 2 sessions of HIIT on the treadmill a week, with 2 session of distance/stabilised running. Then lots of squats and various weight.s
My waist has gone down 1 inch, my hips 1 inch and my thighs 1 inch!!!! although the isappointing thing is my boobs look faker as iv lost some of the natural fatty boob tissue, but seriously, i feel great and the motivation its given me to get down even more is awesome.
i reckon my aim is probably around 125-130lbs. so another 19+ to go, but loosing the 11 i have recently was so much fun I can see myself loving this!!
keep up all the good work!!!!

I don't know how much I weigh right now BUT I did finally cave in and buy some new clothes yesterday. I FIT INTO 4's!!!! Holy shit!
They were wide leg dress pants from the gap that where not clingy on the thighs at all. It felt awesome.
I'm usually an 8 and haven't been a 4...well ever. I haven't even started working out yet! It's given me total motivation to tone up...yay!!!!
EVERYONE has been commenting on how fit and trim I look. My mom, my clients, even my doctor! My old pants fit me again. Well, not the size 1 jeans, but that weight-loss wasn't exactly health conscious. I'm totally pumped and motivated to keep this going!!

This month I am going to cut back drastically on my drinking. I'll get it down to 1-2 nights per week with plans to cut back more later on. All also add 3 days per week of at least 20 mins cardio and keep up with the free weights as I have been. Calorie intake <1500 with one cheat night per week.
*Kat you look great! Nice abs.

woah, Katrine! Nice abs!!
I ran 3 miles yesterday in 32min. It felt good, but hard. Made me want to cut down on the smokes.
The weight is coming off me slower than I'd like, but I know stick-to-itiveness is the key. Kat, your pic is inspiring!
Well, I started in January at 152.
As of today, I am 145, so I lost 7 pounds in 5ish weeks. Not bad. Not as fast as I would like (Then again, I want 10 lbs to disappear by tomorrow), but it's progress. And I haven't made any radical changes or anything, so at least I know I can maintain this.
On the upside, after eating clean for 5 weeks, I was craving a whopper jr. like none other...so I got one. And since when I ate it (last night), I have been so sick to my stomach. That's one way to cure a fast food addiction lol
And Kat, you look great!
I want to drop another 7-10lbs of fat and be able to bench 225lbs. I did 215 yesterday, but dropped the 225.![]()

Kat your abs look great! Very defined, your work is paying off! Hot muscle <3.
That's a good idea, I'll get some new ab, back and arm photos to see how I'm doing now.
Yesterday, I did an hour of cardio at my boyfriends dojo where he assistant teaches, it was a lot of fun to do a group cardio session. We did rope waves, and kettlebell cleans and snatches mixed with jumping jacks and push ups and squats, intense but awesome.
Today I did a light session, just some KB swings, lunges and pseudo pistol squats, a few leg raises and static L-sit holds too. Too sore and tired to play on the rings or do any hand stands, too bad. :/
I want to stay at 125 and, IF I'M LUCKY, hit 120.
Well, I'm down another pound, to 144. Eight pounds down, 12 more to go!
And this week was bad, drinking, pizza, chocolate cravings, regular soda...
but on Thursday, I came down with the flu, and haven't been able to eat anything, so all I've had is soda and broth, so all the damage I did earlier in the week went poof!
This week I've been good and kept the food intake down to about 1100 calories per day. I've also cut out drinking except for one night of clubbing. I've been naughty and not kept up with my cardio...er maybe I should go do that now.
I have dropped a few pounds already, I'm down to 141.5 and want to get to 130. When I'm in the 130's again I'll feel good enough to go back to work.

I haven't been totally up on things. I have done the twice a week exercise, though it's been yoga, not Pilates. Not enough stretching otherwise. I have cut out soda completely! I haven't had a sip in weeks-I'm all over tea and water. Still working on proper meals for work. So a little good, a little bad.
I can see the difference with the yoga though. I'm a little tighter (mostly waist), I have a little arm muscle and my calves are slowly loosening up and looking a smidge thinner. I have some more flexibility, too. I think I will be able to do the spilt by the end of March.
I've been working out extra hard by having lots and lots of sex, yay! But we've been drinking, which slows down metabolism, and isn't good for my mental health cause I'm a bit of an alkie. So I don't think I've lost anymore weight. At least we eat really well and healthfully.

Yeah, the weight is not coming off as easily this time around! Very, very slowly. But I've got down almost a whole inch on my waist, so that's good news. I think the little bits of cellulite on my butt/ thighs is also decreasing. I think I look a bit sleeker, but the scale doesn't make huge leaps. At least I'm running consistently. Feels good! I don't know why I ever stopped.

You're probably gaining muscle while losing fat. Measurements are a far more accurate gauge of progress than scales.
Down another pound, to 143. Half way there!
My goal is still to hit the gym a minimum of 3 times a week. So far I have been exceeding that because I have been going 4-5.
My new goal is to lose another 4 lbs. I have lost 6 so far. Awww yeah!
