Obama won 13 states; Hillary 8. New Mexico is too close to call.

Hillary has about 900 delegates; Obama has 824.

Obama won ALL of the caucus states; all by huge margins. Those are states where you literally have to stand up and be counted. And ALL of them are overwhelmingly white.

In total popular vote ; Obama beat Hillary by about 250,000 votes nationwide.

Hillary won the Hispanic vote ; white women; the elderly and low income less educated people.

Obama clobbered her among Blacks and won men and voters under 30.

Teddy and Caroline's endorsement was worthless. Hillary won Mass. and California.

California was interesting. Obama made up a lot of ground in a very short time.
Voters cast ballots there starting in early January.

On Saturday Washington, Louisiana and Nebraska vote and Obama could win all three.

More importantly, on February 12 the Potomac primary will be held. D.C. is in the bag for Obama; Maryland is highly probable and Virginia could also go his way.
There are a lot of Black voters in the Richmond; Norfolk and Virginia Beach areas.
There are also affluent suburbs like Fairfax County where Obama is likely to run well AND college towns like Blacksburg and Charlottesville.

Potentially Obama could be on a six state winning streak going into March 4 when Texas and Ohio vote. If, IF Obama gets a strong enough Black turn-out to cancel out Hillary's strength among Hispanics he could take Texas. He should be very competitive in Ohio and if he wins both and then hold his own in Pennsylvania the following month he could clinch the nomination. He also has Mississippi and North Carolina in the bag and should hold his own in the remaining states.

He's got the money. He out-raised Hillary $32 million to $13 million in January and STILL can get more while most of Hillary's contributors are tapped out.

I hope he's hired a food taster.
