I lost the weight gradually over 3 years. (Duh, I probably should've said that before) but yes, my eating habits have changed dramatically. The fast food out here sucks compared to that of NYC and there are no ethnic eateries out here, so the foods I've eaten for the past 3 years are no where NEAR as rich and bad for you. I mean, I used to eat rice & beans/fried chicken/potatoe salad/roti etc. EVERYDAY. So maybe this is the body I'm supposed to have. But I liked my more voluptuous body more. And I can't cook. LOL. But, eating like that everyday definately isn't a healthy way to gain weight. I'll stick to you ladies' suggestions.
