    What do I need to do with this body?

    Hi everyone
    So I am going back to dancing and I need to tone up.
    I am trying to do 40mins Yoga, dumbbell squats, lunges and 8min abs everyday, but I need to really dedicate myself!

    I have porridge for breakfast if I hav a day shift (im a waitress), or I dont eat much if Im not working that day. I drink a lot of herbal tea and lime water, take barley grass and cod liver oil and going back to CLA supps as well. I eat a lot of chicken and veg and brown rice or lamb or mince with veg or salad. I often eat at work and its usually a chicken salad wrap or lamb and veg stew. I dont eat a lot of sweets and chocolate and only ever drink coke with jack daniels which is not every week.

    Do you have any other advice? Im not actually doing any cardio, just the yoga, I hate jogging despite having a number of beaches I could run on!

    Oh and, Im 5'6" (168cm), 34B, 28, 35 with a 40 inch ass. Im also 29.

    i would say you are perfect looking go to the club NOW, keep up your diet and taking care of yourself, the toning and definition will come back as you dance

    but if you insist on a routine, do 30 mins cardio for energy and staminia, butt work and ab work. you look great!

    You look fine to me. You could probably continue to tone your butt with more squats/lunges and do more lower ab work, but other than that, you look great. Also, just continue to watch your diet.

    Im just super nervous about going back to dancing I think and I wasnt sure if I was in shape enough...

    I can managed 3 sets of 20 squats touching my dumbbells to the floor. I do bicep curls in between the squat sets to give my legs a break.
    I can only manage 20 lunges with dumbbells.

    Does anyone else know of any good butt workouts? I hate how my but sags and runs after me when I run! haha!

    The thing that's really going to help you shed weight fast is cardio. I hate doing it too, but it helps you burn fat and calories throughout the day and you will tone up faster. You could start out with a little each day and build up from there. It gives you results faster and prepares you for the club, because the stage, lap, and table dances all add up to a lot of cardio. But overall, I think you already look good enough to go to the club!

    I think your body looks great. I think that with dancing, you will just start to tone more, but there is nothing wrong with it now.

    On small suggestion for you that has nothing to do with working on your body at all because I think you look great, but have you thought about wearing a thong or g-string that comes up higher on your hips? I was looking at your pic and the one you're wearing there is low on your waist. Maybe a higher-slung thong or bikini g-string might make you look a little more toned? When I wear them it makes my lower abs and "V" look more defined. Just mho

    I wear my thongs higher up, and I think it makes my ass look better.

    It drives me crazy when girls wear their scrunchy butt shorts all saggy on their ass. Not saying that you do that but I always notice when the thong isn't pulled up, it makes peoples asses look odd.

    So you could try doing that while your waiting for the excersize results to show

    Americans seem to like wearing their thongs high up on their hips or over, I think it looks just wrong! lol

    Thanks for the suggestions, but I like my thong low like that. Because of the shape of my body, a higher thong just makes me look weird!

    Thanks for all the positive feedback, I am such a perfectionist and I worry about my wobbly, heavy ass. I mean its a nice round juicy ass, but I envy the girls who's asses are rock hard!

    As for my stomach, I will bounce back easy cos I used to have good abs so Ive got muscle memory, I really just need to do cardio to get cut. I want to see muscles.

    It sounds like you have things well under control on the general level. You have a nice natural structure. There are of course other things you can try, but if you are happy with your progress, keep doing what you are doing. You could add something that also stresses/used the upper body (push ups, etc) as it sounds like most of what you are doing is all lower body and abs.

    You look great and you seem to have a good grasp of proper fitness and nutrition, but if you want faster results I would recommend adding more weight to your workout routine. Try adding enough weight to max out at 5-8 repetitions. I'm a lazy exerciser, but I get results fast because I focus my gym time on getting the best workout for the least time spent.

    Anytime I need a great butt workout I use a video called Taebo:ultimate butt, it's a few years old, but kicks your ass into shape. I do it about once a week along with my other routines.. it definitely makes a difference. I also do the floor work with 5-10lb. ankle weights.

    Or you can just do the moves on your own, squat kicks, lunge kicks, plie squats, side kicks, leg lifts, etc.

    You look great, just keep doing what you're doing!

    There's a machine at most gyms that work your obliques and makes your waist really tiny. When I do that, I notice a significant increase in my earnings for the next couple of days.

    I think if you get in the club and put your heels on you'll be fine. Dancing is kind of a workout anyways, and your body does not need to undergo reconstruction, just continue toning up. Working at the club will help with that!

    ^ It's the twisty oblique machine, my gym has cybex machines. You drape your arms over two pads and twist using one side of your waist, then flip the chair around and use the other side of your waist. Ask the gym staff, they'll know. I think it's called the rotary torso.
