Hi everyone
So I am going back to dancing and I need to tone up.
I am trying to do 40mins Yoga, dumbbell squats, lunges and 8min abs everyday, but I need to really dedicate myself!
I have porridge for breakfast if I hav a day shift (im a waitress), or I dont eat much if Im not working that day. I drink a lot of herbal tea and lime water, take barley grass and cod liver oil and going back to CLA supps as well. I eat a lot of chicken and veg and brown rice or lamb or mince with veg or salad. I often eat at work and its usually a chicken salad wrap or lamb and veg stew. I dont eat a lot of sweets and chocolate and only ever drink coke with jack daniels which is not every week.
Do you have any other advice? Im not actually doing any cardio, just the yoga, I hate jogging despite having a number of beaches I could run on!
Oh and, Im 5'6" (168cm), 34B, 28, 35 with a 40 inch ass. Im also 29.
