I'm packing on pounds in reverse proportion to the falling temps. (The windchill around here is going to be -20 or -30 by this evening, and it'll warm up just enough for a snow storm tomorrow. Great.)
Anyhow, I've decided this is my genetic nature, at least for harsh winters. So I've elected not to fight it (and make myself more miserable).
I'm eating and drinking whatever I like; I'm not working out. I'm sleeping late. I'm being lazy. I bet I put on 10lbs to 12lbs before the season changes and I can get back on a health kick.
