I'm doing cardio and weights every morning. Gonna do baking soda masks on Wed. and Thurs. morning.
I think I might fast until Valentine's night, too. I get good results fasting for only three days. Anything more makes me tired and cranky and anything less is usually a waste of time.
What are the rest of you doing to get ready these next few days? More importantly WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO WEAR?
