So, I bought a couple of tank tops from James Peerse about a month and a half ago. I didn't try them on since I was already familar with the size and style. However, when I tried one on at home, I realized that the white was practically transparent! I tried to exchange them (unworn, tags attached, in original paper and bag, with the recipt) for another color and the guy said that they couldn't be exchanged because I had waited more than 14 days! The recipt said that I had to make a RETURN within 10 days or else I had to do an exchange or store credit. It said nothing about exchanges not being accepted after 14 days and the guy (same guy who wouldn't accept the exchange, coincidentally) didn't tell me when I made the purchase. I don't exactly live close to this store, so it barely seems worth it even if I make a phone call, bitch at someone, and then have to drive back over there (Fashion Valley) and deal with an exchange.
I had a massage this morning and wasn't about to get all worked up and stressed out but I'm wondering how this is fair? This is the first time that a store didn't print their limit for exchanges on the recipt (since they had one).
