Can you give us a bit more information about your personal style and club rules? Do you work in a gown club? Do you like to wear 2 pieces or a one piece? If you don't work in a gown club would you rather wear shorts/skirt/thong ect? Do you lie to wear long sleeves> Boob tube? Its really all about whatmake you feel comfortable and confident.

Not a gown club - they'd like more girls to wear gowns, I think, but they don't enforce it so few do. I like doing pole tricks, so I don't want clothes that will get in the way, long skirts that will flip over my head when I'm upside down or too much coverage that will make me slip. The problem is that I don't really have a personal style in stripper clothes and that's what I'm looking for help on. I can't really see much in my "real life" style (jeans, tanks, long cardigans over leggings, drab colours, boots, the occasional modest dress or pencil skirt for a change) that would apply to the club.

Anyway, there's a little more info in this post and if anybody gets any ideas they would be appreciated. I realise it's a big ask and I will probably figure it out best through trial and error, I'm just hoping to minimise the amount of error (and hence cost).

I've tried so many different styles. I learned that I need to feel sexy and "me" in what I wear. You know that already. Hmm...it's so difficult to give advice like this, because it's so tied to your personality/uniqueness.

I'm also tall, 5"10, and I've done the booty-short look (got too "common" at the club I work, so no), the skirt look, the traditional glamour-rhinestone look (nice to see on others, but my least favorite because it makes me feel tight and "trying" too hard), and very successfully, long, very slim lycra dresses with high slits. Honestly, and I don't work in a gown club, and I get the most positive responses with the long dresses. With our height, it accentuates the leg, etc. I also do pole work, and it can be done in a really erotic way, with the skirt showing legs, but not over hips. It's difficult to find sexy dresses that aren't too frilly, though, and mine were made by a person who comes into the club and sells clothing.

My ultimate favorite is the garter look. I splurge at Trashy.com when I reach beyond my goal and the investment inevitably pays off. I love lingerie, but the quality is important when it comes to dancing. Trashy clothes have been very good to me. I recommmend you at least browse their site, look at the trashy collection and it will take you to a lot of style options. You can at least get a feel for what you might see yourself in! Goodluck!

    Thanks very much!
Actually I'm feeling like a fool for even asking that question - far too vague and open ended. My excuse is that it was about 3am and I had been looking at stripperwear sites for aaaages until I went insane.

I can see you in some sexy camo print sets, as well as more athletic inspired gear like striped tube socks or leg warmers with bikinis.

I like strappy things and fishnetty things on athletic girls, but I'm not really seeing any.
