Get pictures from magazines of girls with the kind of body you'd like to have or even of you with the figure you had at one time and want to get back to.
Stick these pictures everywhere. On the fridge, on the door of the cookie cupboard, on the front door, in the car, in your wallet. Hopefully you'll see enough of these images around the place to motivate you not to go to McDs. Thats why I said the wallet one so even if your too weak to resist and make it there, that one last image as your paying might put you off.
As for exercise, have you tried doing something that you think is fun like dancing instead of the usual stuff like running, lifting weights ect?? If you find something fun that you like doing then you might wanna do it more.
You could also try doing exercise in 10 min spots, at home, this won't work at the gym. I'm always busy so I'll try and do maybe a quick 10mins of abs or lunges 2-3 times a day. This way I feel like I can squeeze it in round my schedule and I don't get bored. Hope this helps!

to avoid Mc Donalds just eat before you leave the house that way you'll be full and not need to stop. Take snacks with you to work so thatyour not hungry when you leave and can go straight home.

Start the day with a good, healthy breakfast. this will set you up to feel good all day and you won't want to fuck it up by eating bad. Make sure you eat a healthy meal before work. Take good snacks with you.
If your always surrounded by good foods, you won't feel hungry and give in to the temptation of bad foods.

Summer is almost here, it's a good time to be outside. Go rollerblading in the park for an hour or go for a walk outside. IIt feels great and really helps the mood. Buya pedometer so you can count your steps.

I just bought one and I got a map of the state of Nevada. I'm trying to walk to Reno from Las Vegas. I highlighted my route.I wear my pedometer every day and at the end of the day I convert my steps taken into miles, and then I use a highlighter on the map to track how far I've walked that day. When I get to Reno I'm giving myself a spa day as a reward, and then I'm going to buy a map of California, I want to walk to the ocean.

It's a really great motivator to wear the pedometer I always try to challenge myself to walk a little further, and it's great to watch my progress on the map.

If you only have a few minutes then jump rope or run up and down the steps. Just try to be active any chance you get.

I could never go to a gym. And yes, I would eat fast food over working out anyway. So I gave up the gym. At home, I can exercise in my underwear and no one cares, and it gives me those extra 30 minutes I would spend driving to and from the gym. If you don't have big, informercial equipment at home, there's always jump ropes, 10 lb weights, exercise mats, DDR, and exercise DVDs. If I need to get out of the house, I go to the beach and take a walk or swim. Just because you can't make it to the gym doesn't mean you can't exercise, you just need to find your own way.

The map idea is so awesome!! That's so creative.
