Anyone have any recs? I've been doing the Crunch Fat Burning Blast but would like to pick up something else for variety.

there are 3 15 min workouts.. i just really like the first one best, but it mixes it up a lot. theres a little dance, tae chi, kickboxing.. all kinds of stuff.
I know it's cheesy, but nothing kicked my ass like Tae Bo bootcamp.
I seriously dropped 4lbs the first week using it 5 days.

When I have no energy to drive to the gym
I have a collection of firm videos as well and the step and the weight bar

yeah, tae bo is really good! it KILLS me. i was so sore after the first time i did that. its hard though, and can be hard to stick with (for me at least) because i couldnt do some stuff. i couldnt balance or keep up and then i stopped doing it.
Cool, I can download Tae Bo so that makes it easy. Anyone try any of the Crunch DVDs?? I am doing the Fat Burning Blast one right now and it really makes me work up a sweat. I just want something to alternate with it.
britt - in the one you posted, is there a warm up and a cool down for each segment or does it all flow together? I like to do cardio for at least a 1/2 hour and I hate when the segments don't flow together. Too much stopping and starting for me.

^ theres no cool down.. there are "warm ups" kind of but its more of switching modes.. like when the 2nd segment starts, shes switching to tae chi so its more like a warmup for whatever she's doing. but i dont do the other workouts anyway, haha, i just do the first one, so that doesnt bother me!
i have some crunch dvds.. i have fat blasting ab attack, cardio dance party, and a yoga one. the dance one doesnt feel like much of a workout, to be honest.
