As in your weightloss/body maintenance goals? And I don't mean numbers, but life. What are your reasons for losing weight, gaining weight, maintaining weight?
Example: I'd like to be able to put on my pants in the morning without getting winded (it really is a workout). I'd like to be able to go upstairs without my legs getting tired. I'd like to not look pregnant without having to suck it in. I have really bad varicose veins in my left leg; perhaps they wouldn't hurt so much if they weren't supporting so much weight (the veins swell and press on a nerve right next to my knees- 2 surgeries, no relief). And i'd like to get rid of the acne cuz dammit, I'm 21! I can't use the puberty excuse anymore; I have a pretty face, why must I use makeup to cover it?
So what do you want for your body and why?
