I've cut my daily routine quite a bit:

    Super Aytenal Multi Vitamin
    Odorless Garlic Capsules
    MSM
    Fish Oil
    St John's Wort

I take all of those in the morning with a glass of water with Emergen-C Super Energy Boost. (It has tons of VitC) And I keep CLA on hand.

I started taking OPC-3 again. It's an anti-oxidant, a product from Market America, an MLM type thing I tried to actually participate in at one time and failed miserably at. The product, however, is AMAZING.

I won't go into what it does for me unless someone wants me to.

I take Tonalin CLA and Chromium and I think they work since I do no exercise apart from waitressing for 7-9hrs a day.

Okay.. going to list the benefits OPC-3 has helped me with.

    1) No more bladder infections since I first started taking it. They used to be persistent for a while. Ick.

    2) My monthly moods are more "even keeled" = no more major irratibility.

    3) I heal faster, literally. Small cuts and bruises heal faster than they used to.

    4) Mid-day tiredness? Gone.

    5) My joints feel better.

    6) I had a nasty flu a few years ago, caused me to lose my senses of smell and taste. It's called Anosmia if you want to look it up. While on OPC-3, I get more and more flashes of taste and smell. It's amazing how awesome it is to smell even the nastiest smells now.... lol

    7) It's my room-temp "purple coffee" - I don't like coffee. I take my OPC-3 first thing in the morning and it really does wake me up.

A bottle of 90 doses costs about $70. I take two doses each morning. A bottle lasts me about a month and a half. Some people take less, some people take more. One has to experiment with dosing. You could take the whole bottle at once and it wouldn't hurt you... but would be a waste. It comes in a powder form. You use a capful (the bottle's cap, it's little) in the bigger overcap that it comes with and add pure, room temperature water. It ends up being the size of a shot. Speaking of which, some have said that it will prevent hangover if taken before bed after a night of drinking. I haven't tried this, don't drink much.

The mix ends up being the same acidity of one's stomach and so the body readily accepts it without digestion - you drink it on an empty stomach. This means it has very high absorbability into one's system.

If anyone's intrested in trying it.... I can give you the website to order from.
