I'm guessing kickboxing would be better but I am a bit intimidated, I have been pretty sedentary for the past few months. I also don't want to be gawked at by sweaty men while working out, that is why I hate the gym. I don't know how common all women kickboxing classes are.
I love the pool, but the only move I can do properly is the backstroke. I'll have to actually learn how to swim freestyle before the 'workout' part can start...
Any kickboxers among us?

. It's hell pulling that cap over braids but it can be done. I don't want to have to wash chlorine out my hair all the time.

Oh no! That will be the hard part....even harder than excercise.
