Hi.. here is something that works really well
Castor Oil and baking soda
I was reading how olive oil on the skin does clean and moisterize but castor oil actually goes a little deeper and lifts off the dirt better.. It is pretty thick almost like liquid vaseline (buy it at health food stores in the body oil section). Either use alone by first wetting face with steamy damp washcloth.. apply .. then gently work in with the steamy washcloth.. then splash off and then apply steamy wash cloth to remove the rest but your face will still be a little sticky. This is good for before bed when you just don't care. For every day I found that if you make a paste with the castor oil and baking soda.. you get the super smooth feeling without the sticky. I love things that are cheap like this that really work.
It takes a bit more effort than just slathering stuff on and rinsing as you use alot of hot water and it takes time to gently massage and then splash and then massage blah blah .. but its worth it.. cheap and no concerns about ingredients
I heard about castor oil from beautifulonraw.com... shes a raw food lady but one that actually cares about skin care. I find alot of health nuts look all dry and old despite their excellent diet. She is all about beauty on the outside as well. Most things you gotta buy but if you click around her site you will find free articles and tips ...
