So cool ! I was going to ask " what happened " , but you just answered my question. The blues are going to say "see .... see ... see ... it DOES happen.
Aww how cute im glad your happy and that you took a chance!

I'm so happy for you! The exact same thing happened to me. Almost a year now and things are still going strong. We're talking about kids and marriage even! I love him SO much and it horrifies me to even think if I had shot him down. I would have missed out on the most wonderful man ever-I couldn't even begin to imagine life without him.
its funny becuase he said he was so nervous he almost didnt pick me up for our first date, lol so we were both terrified haha.
things are fabulous though.![]()
Congratulations!! I'm so happy for you![]()

I met the love of my life in the SC. He used to be my regular, then we fell in love. I took it very very slow with him so I could see what his intentions were. Turns out he only has the best of intentions...
We've been going strong for almost 3 years. I see a happy marriage and kids in the future. He's gorgeous and awesome and my dream man and I'm stoked to marry him someday soon when the time is right. He's everything I've ever dreamed of and more. How ironic to have met him in a SC!!

Dating customers has always been a #1 no-no to me. I've always felt very strongly about that rule. Hearing many of your positive stories however, maybe if I did meet someone I clicked with enough, I may consider it. Hmmm.... most likely not, but I'd at least give it a little more consideration depending on the situation, of course.

oh trust me it was not an easy choice for me. but i guess i have pretty good instincts. i had never dated anyone who had ever come into my work before him.

I have done it once. Just once in all the time I've been dancing. It didn't work out yet I don't regret that decision. Never will. It happened. I just don't make a "habit" of it happening as such.
Looking for a date or someone to do via work is not recommended - just like if you worked in an office... dating co-workers is looked down upon (esp. if you work the same department as such!).
In the end, we are all individuals. Be open.

Trust your intuition. If all of it says yes then do it. I have a couple really good friends that yes I met in the club. Of course we dont have a relationship other than friends, but if it wasnt for my job I wouldnt have met them. I would try it. You only live once, why pass up what could be a good thing.![]()

Sigh. I'm fighting some strong feelings I have for my reg right now. Problem is, I'm not single.![]()
