Does anyone know how to get some stripper heels to return to their original size or smaller? I let a size 8 borrow my size 7 shoes and now I'm falling off of them because they are loose. Any suggestions?

Put on a couple pairs of socks soaked in cold water, slip the shoes on, and blow them with a hairdryer to warp them back.
If that doesn't work....well, I dunno what will

Thanks, but I'm afraid wearing socks through them will just stretch it further. When she comes to work again shoeless I'll try to sell 'em. ha ha ha.

Mine stretch just from me wearing them, so I'm looking for suggestions too.
I've also broken two straps. I guess I should loosen the straps a bit if I'm going to do the splits all the time.

Most stripper shoes are vinyl and if a shoe is stretched out of shape, there is not much you can do with it but get a new pair. If a girl needs a pair of shoes, let her go out and buy a pair.
I sell costumes and always tell girls to go easy on the acrobatics, and don't bang their shoes together on stage. They can break. I see it happen from time to time.
Plus every dancer should have multiple pairs of shoes. Wearing the same pair all the time is an accident waiting to happen.
Treat your dancer shoes like they were a pair of Pradas or Guccis. Don't wear them into the ground, and go easy on them.

Not exactly helpful, but related:
The other night in the dressing room I noticed that one of my friends had the exact same shoes. I'm a 6 and she's a 9. So I switched our shoes in our bags without telling her, and we watched her puzzle over how her shoes could have shrunk from the previous night for about ten whole minutes.
