What the hell do I do!?! I know I can't take any of my former sleep aids, and I am having a bitch of a time getting to sleep at a decent time. I need to be up for work at 4:30am, and can NEVER fall asleep, so I am draggin ass all day through work. I have tried foregoing the afternoon nap, but it does nothing for me in the end. Relaxing baths, reading, watching a movie....nothing works. And it doesn't help that my mind is usually racing. Its never an issue of comfort, I just lay there wide awake and frusterated.
Any tips from those of you who have gone throught this?
