I want a little more to work with in the butt department, so my awesome roommate Dani told me two exercises to do.
Get on your hands and knees doggy-style position and while keeping your body still, lift one leg up so your back and your upper leg make a straight line, and then bend your knee at a 45 degree angle. Hold this is place and try to use your butt muscles to keep your leg up. The way you bend your knee will work your leg muscles, too, but try to focus on your butt.
The second one is like the first one, but it's more of a "dog peeing" move. Get on all fours and hold your thigh out sideways from your body (as opposed to the first move where you hold it back) as if you were lifting it up to pee like a dog. Use your butt muscles again to hold your leg up in the air, bring the leg back in, and then lift it up at a 45 degree angle to your body again. You can still bend at the knee, too. It stretches your calves. This exercise is my favorite; it works BOTH butt cheeks.
I can already feel the results from doing this one day. I want a booty. I'll post pics after a few months of this...
