Ok, I can totally see myself getting lipo on my inner thighs one day. I've heard it is one of the hardest spots to tone on your body and it definitely is for me. My pilates video only does a bit of toning for inner thighs and I was hoping you ladies could give me some advice. What are some inner thigh exercises I can do at home? Any dvd recommendations? Or should I just suck it up and get a trainer?? I plan to work with a trainer before I consider lipo anyway. Just hoping there's something I can do at home in the meantime.
Grrr, I feel like I need the Thighmaster!!! Help me ladies!!!
