I just discovered that you can vote twice here. After the primary polls close at 6:30, you get to vote again in the caucus. There are delegates at stake for those too, so if you want your favorite to win, get yer butt there!![]()

Yeah, I'm psyched about this election. I already voted in the primary and Imma do it again tomorrow too...![]()

Virgo! I MISS YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also - I'm a precinct captain here in Corpus for the Obama campaign section here - so I'm all edu-ma-cated on the Texas Two Step! I'm so excited for tomorrow!
I'll be at my precinct's polling place from 6 am tomorrow morning until after the caucus ends tomorrow night. I can't wait though!!
I wuv you even more, Pooka! I called and walked around getting Obama support and telling people when/where they could vote, but you're totally on the front line! I's a proud Sunday of my Pookafriend.
Also Ohio! Didja vote too? It's a big day for all of us!
I really like this:

Looks like Hillary needs to win 58% in every remaining state in order to pass Obama's lead without the superdelegates. Unlikely! I'm having fun tinkering with the numbers.

^ Yes by the looks of things Obama will still take the lead in delegate counts so I think that her main goal is to win the bigger states hoping that she can stop his momentum and carry on with the race until the PA primary. IMO though if she doesn't win BOTH Ohio and Texas by a LARGE margin she's a goner!
I have been waiting all week for this day. I was so excited last night I couldn't sleep!

obama has 50 superdelegates waiting to declare for him (tom brokaw reporting) after this round of primaries to stop hillary in her tracks no matter what she tries to spin the day's results as.
also his campaign is holding off on reporting their feb. donations for the very same reason...
i hope the 50 supers is true, because she needs them to win at all, and if that many declare for him NOW, she can't expect any others to let the horserace keep running down to the convention and she'll be out.

I love the smell of democracy in the air today. Y'all rock, no matter who you voted for. Unless it was the wrong person, in which case I love you in a different way.

Any truth to early rumors that Texas Republicans are voting for Hilary in droves ?

there's corresponding rumors that it's also the other way round. so, i suspect there's a split of spoilers-- some trying to vote against her NOW, and some hoping that voting against obama now means they can vote against hillary in the general election. i honestly doubt either kind of spoiler benefits either candidate.
there is some (anecdotal) evidence that once in the booth, a skew towards voting against hillary NOW kicks in. impatience, perhaps.

Yay, so I went and caucused last night and got selected as a delegate. Woot!![]()
