Default What do you put in your chicken wraps?

Hey all, I am planning my meals for the next few days (that way at 3:30 in the morning I can just heat them up.)
I wanted to get some ideas for chicken wraps.
    I already know
cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, ranch dressing
bbq sauce and everything above sans the ranch
    avocadoes
    onion (cooked for me)
And that's where my mind ends...
I don't have any interest in the asian style wraps, just quick ingredients to add to the chicken that will keep it healthy and filling.
    thanks everyone!

The other day I found a recipe for an eggless egg salad. If that can exist, so can a chickenless chicken wrap.

I was waiting for some tofu lovers to come on here and say what they would add.. I love veggie fish patties, so I'm sure the veggie chicken patty people know of some good toppings.

    Cucumbers and shredded carrots

Black beans, corn, and salsa/sour cream for a burrito-type wrap

Baby spinach! In my house, it is not a sandwich if it doesn't have baby spinach in it. Shredded carrots, sprouts, chopped cucumber, edamame, and corn would all be good too.

how would you feel about buffalo sauce? Someting about mixing buffalo sauce with some lowfat or nonfat ranch is so naughty feeling! So I like to do buffalo/light ranch concoction, baby spinach, onions, chicken and tomatoes.

I just got done preparing mine for the week:
    ~shredded carrots, shredded cucumbers, shredded lettuce& spicy chipotle ranch dressing;
~green peppers, red peppers, onion, fajita seasoning
~smoked mozzerella & roasted tomato cheese spread (sounds nasty, but is SO YUMMY!), roasted red peppers...heat it up & garnish w/shredded lettuce
~Thai peanut sauce, some cooked shrimps, chopped green onions, & a few hot peppers (Thai Birds Eye<--super hot)
~sauteed onion, green&red peppers, & mushrooms in stir fry sauce..i heat this one up too.

Wraps are so simple & easy! I do them with deli meats as well

    Fat-free italian dressing
    Baby Spinach
Red or Green Bell Peppers (roasted if you like)
    Mushrooms
    Onion & Black Olives (optional)
You can sprinkle some good Parm on these if you like

    or

Honey dijon or Spicy dijon Dressing
    Spinach
Dried Cranberries (I use the lightly sweetened ones)
    Sliced Almonds

This one is sooo yummy and is a great change of pace.

This goes over really well at my house.
