I have been working very hard at the gym for the past couple months and have noticed a big difference. My tummy was flat as a board up until 3 days ago and all of a sudden I look 5 months pregnant. I've been drinking lots of water, kept up the cardio and crunches. Basically nothing has changed except my period is due Wednesday. The strange thing is, one day I weighed 106 and the very next day I weighed 111 and could barely button my pants! I upped my parsley capsules and even though I've been peeing like crazy I'm still bloated. It's not really just my belly, I can see it in my ankles as well, so I know I'm retaining water but it just won't go away. It's like this every month. What I can do to prevent or get rid of the bloating?
