I'm in Toronto as well and have been thinking about going to Club Paradise for awhile. I've only been there a couple times as a customer but it's always been fairly busy and seemed to have a pretty cool vibe. I was told that you just have to show up and ask to work and that you don't need to audition. I'm just trying to work up the courage to walk in . . .
I've worked there for a few years now....For the most part it's good. If you want a club that's nice, not totally dirty (as in extras), but not crazy busy or super competitive like the Brass Rail or For Your Eyes Only, then Paradise is good....However, if you can make money in those kinds of busy, competitive environments, I would suggest those other clubs, as they are busier.
If you're going to go work at CP, come by earlier on a weekend night...like 7ish. It doesn't get busy till later, but they often won't let new girls work if they show up late. Weekdays have been slow lately.
If you have any other questions you can PM me....
Raphaelle.....you should come work this week....the girls are really nice, I promise!

Actually Club Paradise is super nice!! I have been in a few times as a customer. I was going to work there but ended up moving out west.
I know a few girls that work there and they have nothing but nice things to say about it. Staff seem cool as well.
I'm actually friends by association with one of the dancers there so I'm not sure if that would be helpfull or awkward. I think I'm going to go in on Saturday night (only night off from my other job and I'm waiting for some stuff I ordered off the internet). So I just go in and say I want to work and tell them I've never danced before? Is it like, show me around the club and then they let me loose or do they go through more details. The only reason I ask is because I've never given a lap dance so I'm a little unfamiliar with how much contact is the norm here (like, do I sit in the guys lap or is it more of an implied thing). Ok, getting a little rush of excitment here! I guess taking the first step is one of the harder things. Thanks guys!
They'll show you around, explain how things work, but that's pretty much it. I would suggest that you show up early, like around 7. At that time there will just be schedule girls working (the regular girls who work "on schedule" - ie. get shift pay to work), most of them are really nice, and if you mention that you've never danced before, they'll help you out. Just remember, you never HAVE to do ANYTHING you don't want to. You have a lot of control. Just take it easy your first night, think of it as a test run, just figuring out how things work...don't stress too much about how much money you make.
