Default I'm trying a new liquid mineral makeup (Illuminare)

Being the sucka ass that I am for a good sale and not being completely happy with my BE lately I've decided to order a liquid mmu called Illuminare that has some pretty friggin good reviews on makeupalley. It was 60% off at if anybody wants to check it out. They have limited color selections though, geared more for darker tones. I ordered Sienna Sun and Tuscan Toast. Sienna Sun is supposed to be like a JLo tone and the Tuscan Toast is darker, I figure maybe I can use that one after I start slathering on the sunless tanning lotion (or if need be mix it with something lighter).

Has anybody here ever used Illuminare? We always talk about Bare Minerals and sometimes the more independent and bismuth free companies but I don't recall anybody mentioning liquid mmu.

so I've used it for a few days now and I really do like it. It's expensive though but highly pigmented so a little definitely goes a long way. It lasts all day without any touching up and best of all I have not had any problems with oxidation! yay! There's no bismuth or mica and it's got a fairly high spf value as far as makeup goes: spf21.

If you're interested in trying a liquid mineral makeup, I recommend it. They do sell sample packs so you can get an exact match too. Plus they have 3 different formulations: dewy finish, extra coverage and an all day one that supposedly soaks up oil.
