I want to be stronger and more flexible, and I've heard good things about doing yoga before bed at night. This would be in addition to my regular cardio workout; I'm not looking for crazy fat burn from my yoga (although it would be a plus), I just want to be more flexible and centered. Is there a good video I could do at home without having to buy a ton of props? Keep in mind I'm extremely uncoordinated and not flexible AT ALL, so I'd need the Yoga For Dunderheads or something like that.

) i have different dvds that i use for different things. i have some that are meant for a more intense workout and can burn fat, and some that are more for flexibility. right now i'm really liking rainbeau mars, and i just ordered her yoga for beauty dawn & dusk dvds. theyre definately more for strength and flexibility.
