I was a perky A when I got my breasts done and went to a very full C. Over the course of two and a half years, my breasts have settled and I now have a little crease. I would still pass the "pencil test" but they look very natural.
Check out my photos in the boobie pic thread in picture post. I didn't have a crease before, but do now. The more the settle the better they look.
I had nada before and no crease...now my boobs are a 34 D with plenty of crease(I can hold pencils under them!) and look and feel perfectly natural.

I was an A before, no crease, and now a D, 2 years later, I still have absolutely no crease :'-( I was really hoping a crease would appear since I got the crease incision, too, but no, nothing has happened yet. Sigh.
I dont have a crease either... I was told the same thing...
I got a crease about 6mo, and it's not nearly 2 yrs, and they look so much better now even.
My nipples aren't even and I was warned that this might be magnified after surgery but I think it looks fine, no too boobs are identical anyway. Unless you feel its really obvious or it really bothers you then I wouldn't bother with the lift.

You here this "you need a lift as well" line from a lot from PS when consulting for BA's. Keeping in mind that plastic surgery is a business, much more so than any other field of "medicine" and the lift is always an extra added expense IE more money in the PS pocket, the cynic in me says that more often than not it is just a case of "upselling". Pretty much the same way they will try to talk a woman that comes in wanting full D's into getting midrange C's for a myraid of reasons, knowing full well that they will swell up to almost DD's, she will love her big new boobies but when the swelling goes down and they drop and become their final much smaller size she will be back in nine months to a year to see if she can possibly "go bigger" to which he/she will "reluctantly" agree , and of course charge another fee MAYBE a litttle less then the first time but together far more than if he had just given her what she wanted the first time.

I am not sure if I have a crease........I dont think I do...

ok...I went and looked still no crease after 4 years..I was an a and then went to a full d...but they have shrank to a small c due to weightloss......
With a good BA, your boobs should pretty much look just as they do now, only bigger. So if the difference doesnt bother you now, it likely wont afterwards either so I'd forgo the lift.
You have gone to more then one Dr. for consults right? If you get differing opinions ...then just do what feels right for you. If EVERY Dr suggests a lift..maybe its a good idea to consider it.
i would do plastic surgery in a heartbeat if i can be garanteed tits like the 3rd case, the crease thing has always been a concern of mine and im making a note of this doctor!
how much is it gonna cost if you dont mind me asking?

I dont know whether mine have a crease LOL.
well i must coz i just held a pen under them LOL.
I didnt have a crease before.
Ive got co-gel unders.
There are many stereotypes about the industry that I work in. Sometimes they can be true but human beings are very diverse creatures and cannot be pigeon-holed into one category.
Some of the most effortlessly beautiful, kind, intelligent, successful, motivated, driven and ridiculously hilarious women that I have ever met have been dancers. I've met the best friends that I've ever had in this industry.
Mine have a crease. They are fake DDs. You could fit a 10-pack of pencils in it.

Crease as in where the breast folds over and touches the abdomen?
I had full Cs before and got 490cc salines under and can still pass the pencil test. You can't tell from my avatar (that was really soon after surgery) but they look pretty natural, just big.
Because there ain't no tits on the radio

Hey hun,
I don't know if you solved your crease-conundrum but I hope so. About two months ago, I got my BA. I got 525cc's (co-gel, overs) and no lift. I went from a 32B to about a 34DD. I hadn't really checked for the crease but I totally have it. My breasts have a really natural looking drop to them but are fairly round in shape.
I, too was reccomended a lift but opted out. It was probably the best decision I made to get the most natural look I could. I've even been told that my boobs look more symetrical post-ba which was something I didn't expect to hear.
Good luck! Let us know what you decide to go with!

I'm about 4'10", 110lbs. I got HP co-gels. My surgeon had a really great vision of how he wanted me to look when I stressed that I wanted to go as big as I could without looking too "fake" or my skin being too stretched out. Naked, I obviously look like I've been enhanced surgically but in clothes or a bathing suit, I have really dramatic cleavage that's soft and natural-looking. I was so swollen at first but they've dropped significantly and (I'm convinced) look as real as possible on my naturally curvy body. I got an underarm incision, too, so I have no scarring on my breasts themselves.

It's my personal opinion that it's better to go to a conservative size that your skin can handle, and have a second surgery if you want to go larger. You'll have a crease by then. It took me about 3 years and gaining 10 pounds to get a crease, now I can get silicone (eventually, probably after I have kids) because my crease will hide my incision.
