For anyone interested, I decided to check out Coyote Cabaret- for shits and giggles.
You can see their site here www.coyotecabaret.com They also have a myspace. www.myspace.com/coyotecabaret
As you can see it's not exactly a high-end club. But with the location of less than 10 minutes from the Stadium, and directly next to Luke AFB, I figured, why not check it out.
Tip out is low. You give 5% or 5 dollars (whichever is higher) to the DJ, House, and bartender. So if you make shit you're looking at 15 bucks for the night. (I'm still a little fuzzy on this though.. if I made 300 I wouldn't give 15 dollars to the bartender.. I don't drink and bring my own bottle of water. So I dunno. But I guess 45 out of 300 isn't too bad for end of night tip out)
They do require you to work minimum 5 hours once you get in. And will cap the amount of girls- so if you're looking to work a Friday night, don't come in at 11pm and expect to work- she will turn you away.
VERY small number of girls on shift. Last night I was 1 of 6 girls. The DJ told me the night before they had 3 girls, and on Monday night they had ZERO. On weekends though it's different- you'll have from 10-14 girls! The DJ announced this like it was A LOT of girls lol.
The dressing room is long and narrow.. but generally speaking- it's tiny. So I can see how 14 girls could be too much.
The club itself is very small.
Dances on the floor in chairs are 10 a song. They do have a few couches in the corner for the VIP section which is 20 a song- and you keep ALL of that for yourself. The tip out at the end of the night is still just your 5% across the board.
You need the county license which is 154 dollars but good for 3 years, and you can use that to check out other clubs like Pink.
You can work 1-2 weeks without a license, but you have to keep your top on.
Ok, what I see as a MAJOR downside to this club... it is full of regulars. They think of the bar as a Cheers with tits. The DJ told me 90% of the people in the room, I would see there ALL the time. (there was maybe 10 people in the room lol). I talked to these regulars, and it's annoying. They want to know who you are, your whole story. They expect you to just hang out and talk to them without getting paid. But if you're a good girl and waste a half hour talking- maybe they'll get a dance or two. Not my kind of environment to work in. If I tell you my life story- I want minimum 10 bucks a song lol.
However, weekends could be profitable. Especially a weekend like this one (military pay day). The DJ said it does get busy Thurs-Sat nights. And with only 14 girls working- if you hustle for those VIP couch dances- you could make some decent cash.
I live 32 minutes from there- so it's just not worth it to me. But if you live nearby the Coyote- it could be something to consider- but you really need to hustle. Definitely cannot walk around "Hey sweetie, ready for your dance now?" They'll just laugh at you lol. UNLESS it's a busy night.
If you're new to dancing and live in Glendale, this would be a GREAT starter club. Very laid back and easy going.
Not my cup of tea, but figured I'd share this info for anyone possibly interested![]()
