Its been a while since Ive worked in gown clubs and was thinking about the best approach when it comes to support staff.
When i worked in gown clubs in the past, I ALWAYS offered money to staff to find me good custies and they VERY RARELY took advantage of my offers (only one smart host got me a guy who spent 1000--i tipped him 100, but the following week he quit).
Enlisting help from these people never worked for whatever reason at past clubs. In the end, i gave up on them and still did pretty well on my own.
I plan on going back to these kinds of clubs and want to make the most of it. ANy suggestions on building a lucrative relationship with support staff?
