omg i saw this show last night the host name is paul mckenna he has a very uncoventional approach to whightloss i don't realy like so far but its a 5 part serious and i will be watching the rest of it so i can make a full opione becuse i love to study diet plans. He has four basic rules for his plan he went over last night and they are
1. eat when your hungrey
2. eat what you want
3. stop when you full
4. o hell i forget one of the rules but it was not about exerise.
Okay I got real upset with him telling to ppl to eat what they want he actully told ppl to go threw there kitchen and throw out food they don't like even if its what they think they should eat. so if you don't like apples don't eat them eat chocate ice cream. He put alot of emphize on eating slow to put you knife and fork down between each bite and savor the food. He also told them to eat with out distration. But he never said to read what a portion is and only put that much on your plate. I realy hate the idea that he wants to them to eat what they want i mean they mite loose whieght but how will there health be I am a big beliver in a total lifestyle change for your health. I belive that food is fuel for the body and should be used as such you can't fuel your body on sugar and fat and feel your best even if you are eating less of it. And no where in his four main rules did he tell ppl to get active don't even get me started on that ill go on for days lol.
now my frined said that i just don't understand the mindset of of fat ppl and that this dude has a resionale wightloss plan for average ameican ppl.. I say bull shit i would much rather have everyone follow bob greene and bob harper go those two should do a show together I love them both so much.
Basicaly i think the show should be called i can make you fit and focus on that i can make you thin sends the wrong msg and comply misses the point.
