Wow. How appropriate. Thats the way to get a book sold. Rather than to explain HOW and WHY its written for dancers and some information about the book. No, were ignorant. OooooooooooK!
I wonder if he's sold a single copy? I also wonder how much of it was just ripped off from here or Dancerwealth? Sales skills and money management skills are a bit different. I really should write a book, actually.

Yeah we're so ignorant it took me less than five minutes to figure out the author is a home mortgage broker in Maryland. The pen name Kasey Koles is a nice little play on his last name though.![]()

Meh, I'll pass.

From a financial management perspective, the two careers have very similar issues. Re: savings, protection, taxes, etc... Its the cash business aspect of them, those principles can apply to bartenders and contractors too.
Whilst I think this book is probably utter rubbish, it would be nice not to have knee-jerk reactions when someone says stripper and escort in the same sentence. There are many similarities between the two, whether you like it or not.

I just think it would have been a better reaction of her/him to post a bit of information about the book and how its specifically geared towards dancers. I didnt realize it was about money management and that would be nice to know. People got bitchy because of how the poster replied to our inquiries.

I can understand that, but I still wouldn't insult the book or its author. I like to judge each person/thing individually.

Good Point New Moon, but the OP is representing the product, and if I were the author I would fire HussyT from my promotions team.

He could just be a troll too. We have no idea what he actually represents. I'd be interested in the real man behind the book stepping forward.
May I also suggest you take a look at The Business Side of Escorting II by J.D. Roberts available on Amazon or Barnes and Noble. A lot of it applies to Strippers as well as escorts.
they gav those away for free to the girls at crazy horse in mytle beach. i always wanted to read one just to see what it said but i never got around to it.

....if this book is so good then why doesn't it have a publisher??? seriously i wouldn't buy book unless it has reviews on amazon.com period. (seriously, who does this guy think he is???????)
I read the post he wrote on that other thread and I've got to say this guy is a major wack job to think that he knows anything more than a load of THEORY when it comes to making money in the club...
People trying to sell crap ass self published / E-books that THEY wrote really piss me off. Sell your book to a f-ing publisher Kasey Koles, I'll buy your book when i see it in borders. Good Luck with that BTW.
Girls: Your better off reading some REAL books like: Influence by Cialdini, Zig Ziglar, Getting Past No by Ury, ooohhh a real good one i found on amazon: Get Slightly Famous by Van Yoder. As for business technique, they probably offer free seminars on how to start up a business through various community organizations. But, having a formal business plan (like this guys suggests) is a little thorough for an exotic dancer in my opinion. but it is good stuff to know and informally apply to your dancing career... You didn't need to buy a book for that though i'm sure they talk a lot about that in the dollar den. It's kind of common sense in a way.
Don't forget psychology either, lol he was talking about "personality types" in his other post... great he read "the art of speed reading people" by Tieger. You should for sure read that book but also Flow by Csikszentmihalyi and the artist way, and The erotic mind, and How To win friends and influence people and the art of seduction.... i could go on and on... point is, get to know the psychology of people if you want to learn to sell to them. And financial management has a great selection of books as well... i read suzie orman alot back when i was first getting into all that. lol, while we're at it why not throw in some Tony Robbins????
And never never never take for granted all of the EXPERIENCE you can find here on this site... there are practicly VOLUMES of books on here. (although sometimes you need to weed out what will work for you and what won't, but that's always the case right?) I can't believe it took me this long to find this place! I think i'm in love with you guys!
Anyways, i'm with you girls, I'm totally laughing at this obvious scam. (although I'm sure he didn't intend the book to be so profoundly useless when he wrote it, poor mistaken fellow)

if he's a banker than he knows dancers make money he must have been tapped out by a dancer once and this is his slow revenge xoxo
