I hate it! Every time I get a dvd from them, there's always a scratch or other cause of skipping on it. Sure, you can go back and they'll give you another copy, but still! If I'm paying almost 5 bucks to rent a movie that night, I want it to work right then when I want it, without having to drive all the way back to the store and get a new copy (which might just skip anyway too). Why can't they actually check their disks?
I'm watching a movie from them right now, and the sound has been skipping for most of the film. Grrrrrrrr.
Has anyone here ever worked for a movie store? Are there really too many disks to check for scratches and scuffs, or are they really that lazy and cheap?
This is why dvd's suck sometimes.
