    Default Great baths.....

I've been really getting into baths lately, i always liked them but ive just been having the nicest products for it, lush, body shop etc etc
I'm just about to have one with body shop coconut bath creme , with matching scrub and im gonna end it with lots of the matching body butter so i smell like im on holiday.

What are your fav baths(with products) and do you have candles, books, music etc?

lush is my favorite bath company lately. for actual in-the-bath products, at least.

i've been using a lot of companies found on the "other companies you love" section of the lush forum to order body scrubs, bath creams, and lotions lately.

i go through phases.. sometimes i like bubbles, sometimes i dont. right now i'm really into bath melts with a bomb from lush, and today i bought a big carton of epsom salt to add to my baths.

i take a glass of ice water with me, a book, and my phone. if i had an ipod (i think im the only person who doesnt) i think i'd download some relaxing music thats spa-ish to listen to.

i hope a lot of people answer this thread with some non-lush suggestions! i always love trying new things.. i think that may be why i'm kind of bored with lush. i like things to be new to me pretty regularly.

Well, here's your steer away from Lush lol. My current obsession is Aromafloria!

Aromafloria is an organic aromatherapy line and I have been obsessed with lavender since I took care of my youngest brother as a baby (thanks to the Johnson and Johnson Restful line which is lavender scented to sooth the baby and help support rest) so I use their lavender Stress Less line the most.

Typically, I only snatch enough time for a shower, so I use their body wash of lavender, chamomile and sage (which is $8 a bottle!) and one a week I use the body scrub with added Dead Sea salt ($12). But when I manage to take a real bath, I use their Ocean Mineral bath salt ($15)

Because my bathroom has no windows, I use about 4-5 candles and cut off the light, using the candles as the only light. Usually, I bring my CD player in the bathroom and cut on anything from nu metal instrumentals to horrorcore, depending on my mood.

In conjuction to Lush, I've been using Melt (a Colorado based bath and body line), Auracacia (from Whole Foods), and some handmade stuff I found on ebay & etsy.

I love, love, love the Melt bath salts, particularly Meltropic. I mix that with some Auracacia lavander foaming bath powder or Lush or the handmade bubble bar. When I don't want any foam, I use the salts with Lush or Melt bath bombs and sometimes the handmade melt/massage bar.

I Have no window in my bath, either- I too turn off the lights and use my little flickering LED candles (started using those since I'm really bad about remembering to blow out traditional candles!) and listen to "Singers And Standards" on my Comcast cable music channel... all Sinatra, Billy Holiday, Bobby Darin type tunes.
