And you're not hungry later?

That's a lot of protein! Good for you!

^^They say that's the healthiest way to go, that that's how we were made to eat. Is it difficult to start or can you easily/quickly adjust to eating like that?
You have motivated me! I got a carton of egg whites (it's just easier that way) and a mix of frozen veggies from Trader Joes (once again... easier... hey, it's morning after all!). I'm going to pick up some soy crumbles and hot sauce at the regular grocery store tomorrow.
If you think school is hard, try being stupid.

my 100 calorie breakfast is one whole egg, boiled. yolks are yummy.

The yolk is where all the goodness is, every vitamin we know except C lives there, Nummy goodness!

that just doesnt sound right to me. you need more calories in the morning, even if you eat small meals throughout the day.

Different people need different caloric intake patterns. The "breakfast is the most important meal" thing is true for some people, not for others.
My metabolism literally didn't start until two hours after I awoke, most days; same time as the brain fog would start to lift. Then I went on Wellbutrin and now I get hungry earlier and there is no morning brain fog. I'm guessing that the neurotransmitters it's stimulating are not only good for mood and concentration, but are also the ones that send signals to my body to move and eat and wake up. It used to be if I ate too early, I'd get a sugar crash, feel sick, and wind up pigging out later to cure the sugar crash. This was true from my childhood onward; it's my natural state; only on medication am I finding a need for big breakfasts.
I like Muscle Milk RTD in chocolate milk for breakfast. Quick, fast, 230 calories, 22g protein, nutritionally balanced, and $6.99 for a 4-pack at Target. *heh*
Barring that, a glass of milk and a scrambled egg is 15g protein and 200 calories.
