    Default Being "invited back"

Hey I recently auditioned at a club and was "invited back" to dance on a slow day. What does this mean. Am I hired or still in the auditioning period? Is this like a test run?
They didn't make me fill out paperwork or tell me about the private dances or anything yet. Btw this is kind of a high end club if that makes a difference at all.

Most likely it means youre hired. When you come back theyll do the paperwork, tour and explain the rules. They probably want you to start on a slow day so youre not overwhelmed and after you get used to dancing you can start working the busier days. Congrats!

Congrats!! Yeah, they don't want to mess around with paperwork on a busy night. They've got other things to do. See what days they allow you to schedule yourself for. But I'd assume you're hired.
