oh wow, he is adorable. I ususally don't like little dogs but he is too cute!

I'd crawl towards mommy too!

How cute!

So Cute!!!!!!!!!!!!
He's adorable (and so are you!). He's so smart..you must really be working hard with him...you must be such a proud mama!
He's amazing! So well trained already. You must be a great mom. My dog is almost 7 and has never learned crawl or roll over.

awwww cuuuuute
Smart puppy.

Thats awesome! I can't get my pups to roll over for the life of me![]()
^ roll over was tough. He would do it, but not consistantly, he just got that one down pat a few weeks ago.
when I first started teaching him, I would say roll over as I rolled him over myself, while making this waving motion over his head with the treat. Then I'd say good boy and give him the treat. After a while, I didn't need to help him roll over, he did it all on his own cause he was following the treat I was waving over him. After he got that figured out, I stopped waving my hand over him and just started to pat the ground next to him while saying roll over.
he's learning left from right now.. He knows right, but he doesn't know left very well yet, and only if I say right first. After he gets to know the words well enough I will start switching it around, so he will know to take a treat on the left or right by the word, not by what order I say it in. This trick is pretty easy. I just say Which one is on the RIGHT? and point to the treat on the right very subtly. when he takes it, I praise him. ( I had to teach him how to "leave it" and "take it" first) Eventuall, I will phase out te hand signal.
teaching him tricks is fun for him and fun for me! He loves to learn and please me, and I just think he's cute as hell. Plus..I exercise his body every day..his mind needs exercised daily as well. He's a smart dog, and I think he would get really bored and feel unhappy if he didn't have a chance to use his brain.
Anyway..yeah![]()
Thanks guys. This is the first dog that I ever owned,( aside from what my parents had growing up) and I read everything and am trying to do the best job at this.
