M--k's brother is coming home from Iraq!

I can't believe it! Last August, my friend M--k's slightly younger brother "J" left for the unfortunate warzone of Iraq. He is in the Marines. However, he messaged M--k this weekend to notify him that he got back to the base at North Carolina, and he's staying there for a week or so to unwind before he heads home to visit for a week! We were talking to him this weekend and he seems happy to be back, drinking up a storm and planning a "14-day liquor diet" when he comes to Philly LOL. I am very happy that he survived Iraq, since I was really worried for his safety.

Not to mention..."J" is really REALLY hot, and built like a tank from all of the hard work he's been doing in the military. He's also a total opposite of M--k in terms of confidence, social skills, and being outgoing...he's one of the funniest smart asses I know! Haha!

Just wanted to share to good news...

Here's the short answer: "J" WENT AWAY TO COLLEGE, WHEREAS M--K STAYED LIVING AT HOME.

Both boys grew up with rather overprotective parents. As a result of this and probably a few other things, both boys were big nerds in high school. They were VERY similar in many ways. After M--k graduated high school, he attended a local university while living at home. He did this partly to save money and partly because he didn't realize the extra freedom and maturity growth that would occur from being out on one's own. Two years later when "J" graduated high school, he purposely chose a college that was hours upon hours away from home...mostly so he could be away from their strict parents, finally do his own thing for the first time in his life, etc. At college, "J" blossomed and came out of his shell. He was part of the Romans(they were like the anti-Greeks/frats LOL). He partied, drank, smarted off to people, and became the person he is today. He even found himself a girlfriend! Meanwhile, M--k stayed the same geeky shy person, lived at home during college, didn't even have the financial means to move out of his parents' place until age 26, and never fully grew up.

I'm going off subject with this but...M--k and his brother "J" are prime examples to support a theory that a few friends and I have. I have a theory that generally people that move away from home early on tend to be more outgoing, individualistic people than those that live at home until they're older. Or perhaps it's just that the shy, mousy people are the ones that choose to live at home longer, whereas the outgoing people are the ones yearning to get out ASAP? I don't know...but then again, "J" was quiet and sheltered but STILL yearned to move away. I also see it a little with my dad and his bachelor twin brother, who never moved away from home and inherited the house he grew up in after his parents(aka my grandparents) passed away.

Go ahead, think I'm "milk" if you want...better than knowing who I really am, which would probably be a bigger embarrassment anyway.

And part of the reason I write about M--k's brother is because unlike M--k, I think M--k's brother is hot and I wish to bone him.

Congratulations on Mook's brother coming home. Maybe the bro can teach him something, become a positive influence in his life, versus your friends who are just propogating his issues by behaving like cruel teenagers towards him.

Yes, that would be a great idea of M--k's confidence, ego, and self esteem.

I'm not trying to be a bitch but that confuzzled me too. So I read your "past posts" and you talk about him a LOT. Like, a whole lot.

Glad his bro came home safe.

Maybe Phillydancer is M--k who had to create an alter ego of a 25 year old dancer on a stripper website? And that's why M--k is so talked about because she is really him?

i did. i said it in the past and i stand by it, unless someone has met her. her argument of why it couldnt be true was because if she was a guy how would she have her avatar.

LOL! And yes I realize that M--k would be heartbroken if I did something evil like bone his brother. That's why I probably won't do that(although it would be fun lol) unless we can somehow get M--k himself laid that week. Even then I'd be playing with fire if I went for his brother.

Yep...you got me...I'm really M--k(real name is M-ystery Quac-k) and I pretend to be a 25 yr old former dancer. The avatar is really a pic I stole from a website of boobs that look very similar to my female friend that I've been pining after since 2002. I'm insecure of my small dick and deathly scared of any college classmates seeing me in my geeky mess deli work uniform at Acme Market for fear that I won't be perceived as "successful" during these after-college years. Well...in all honesty I'd rather you guys think I'm M--k anyway. A few yrs ago some girls found out who I was and it was quite embarassing, considering that I'd just gotten done ranting about my extreme timidness/unassertiveness resulting in me earning like no money at the club the night prior. So please DO think I am M--k. Seriously. It's a step up. Trust me. It's a serious step up if you guys think I'm this "loser" M--k.

Philly: glad the hot brother is coming home safe, I grew up with lots of military families and know how hard it is when they go on deployment, especially now with the war.

So who ARE you Philly? You've been a member here long enough and you've shared enough. Who are you? What is it that you've been hiding? Maybe its not a big secret, but even so, I know there is something about you...
