I don't need to really get them any bigger, but I'd like to lift them I've been doing a lot of exercises to try and get them perkier, but I fear it's not working. Has anyone just had a lift? How did that go for you, and would you have the BA rather than the lift?

It would be a lot cheaper. I have been exercising the bejeezus out of the pecs and the rhomboids. If that helps I am all for it!
