I've invested in many supplements in the past, as an adjunct to exercise regimens and also for general health and well-being. I'm about to embark on another major fitness and health overhaul. I've found it difficult in the past to remember to take pills at regular times or just remember the dosages in general. How do all of you do it? Do you have ginormous pill containers, plastic baggies you label, Blackberry reminders, or what?
