Default BA in T-minus 24 hours

    and I'm getting all squirmy.
There are lots of posts about what you did AFTER the surgery. How about the things you did BEFORE surgery. Is there anything you wish'd you would have done. Today is all about me Soon I'm going to have myself a lush bath after cleaning the rest of the house, then I'm going to visit some friends for lunch. Tonight E is taking me out to dinner.
From a medical standpoint, as far as I'm aware no alcohol tonight, no food.water after midnight. Tomorrow am wash with anitbacterial body wash and shampoo hair. No lotions or anything like that...keep all jewelry at home.
Anything else you ladies have to offer?

Sound like your doing everything right. Give your SO and your kids and your pets lots of cuddles as I was too sore to cuddle anyone for about 3 days.

hmmm...no one said anything about acrylics. It must be OK with him.
I'm not a stomach person anyways, so I won't be missing that. I will, however, be missing the side sleeping
I'm planning on extra cuddling with E and the pets tonight...no kids!

I was told no nail polish/acrylics too. I gues you'll be fine if your surgeon didn't mention it. Good luck hon, keep us updated with your recovery.

i'm a B cup right now. I'm getting saline, under the muscle with a mastopexy via donut (areola) incision. We are going with a 375-425 with overfill to about 450. I'm tall at 5'9'' and very curvy. I'm working on loosing more weight, and even if I loose a substantial amount I'll still be curvy.

^That was so me except being 5'9"..I'm 5'5". My firsts were 425 and 410 saline unders. I hope all goes well for you. You'll have what I call T-rex arms for a week or two depending on how you feel. Hope you have some low sodium foods that are bland. Don't know how your stomach is but post surgery flavored food was gross. Oh yea don't forget the frozen pea packs; you'll love em! Good luck!

I read about the peas on here. I bought those like a week ago! LOL
I'll have E pick up some low sodium food. Is it just because of the flavor, or because there is a health benefit to low sodium post op? Just curious, I don't retain sodium like the average person. I have to mou the stuff down during the summer months.

I left those peas on until I fell asleep and they stunk. Yea I didn't eat them afterwards either. yuck.

After surgery, even boobs, bloating may occur. After my first I noticed I was very bloated. Similar to a really bad PMS bloat that didn't go away in a few days. The bland low sodium foods moved meds down and kept them from coming back up. They also kept the bloating down.

Everyone is different after anesthesia but usually you feel like crap or like you can't breathe because your new boobies are stretching your skin. You'll just go home and pass out anyways. Good luck today!
