So, I have arthritis in my knees. It's been like this for about three, maybe four years now and only recently have I decided to do something about it. (The doctors were like "Dher...it says here you have arthritis but you're in your early twenties, can't be so dherrr...") I've started taking glucosamine/condroitin tablets (a word for you vegans out there: both glucosamine and condroitin sulfate are not vegan, or vegetarian for that matter.) and it helps, but I suck at remembering to take pills (which is why I do not take The Pill.). I can go several days without the pills and I hobble round like an old lady.
Is there anything else I can do? I've heard Yoga is good for that. Anything else?
