I'm not sure if it's a corn or callous but I have two little red bumps on the side of my left baby toe that hurt so bad every time I wear my heels!
How can I get rid of this damn thing?

^ you got to switch shoes for awhile.

Are they under the skin like a bump on the bone, or outside the skin like a blister?
I get them on my bone on my toes and fingers. they hurt...but mine have gone away after a few weeks.

I have the EXACT same problem.
What I do is switch shoes every couple nights, so the pressure points change a little. And I put foot lotion (the Aveda brand with tea tree oil...works really well) on my feet every night. The moisture makes the skin softer, and that really helps the problem.
When it gets really bad, I wrap the baby toes with some medical tape, and put some skin-coloured makeup on top to disguise the bandaging. This helps too.
I think it's a callous. I think it happens to a certain kind of toe. I have really long toes, and they just were not meant for stripper shoes of any kind. The baby ones just get all squished in the corner. But my methods really work!!
Also, when I'm sitting with a customer or sitting in the changeroom waiting for stage, I sometimes slide off the shoes (I have the non-strap ones) and let the toes breath a little. This helps too.
Best of luck!
They're on the outside of the skin.. so, switch shoes? I've never seen heels that don't touch the little toes.
My baby toes get squished in the corner too. Can you recommend a better heel?
That sucks because I just bought new shoes and don't have any other ones to wear.
