Default *sigh* My Driver Stole My Car...

I got in a fender bender on Thursday. Nothing major, but it needed some cosmetic repair. My driver said he'd fix it over the weekend and I worried, but said okay. He'd bring it back to me on Monday.

My driver is now awaiting trial or court or something for drug trafficking.

His wife called and my car is still out front but, apparently, doesn't work. It's too far to cab and if I did I don't know what he's taken from my car. Can't call RACQ because they won't drive the car to my home, just to a petrol station. The wife suspects it's just the battery from him connecting the lamp to it to fix it so *fingers crossed*.... says nothing looks missing.

Now I have to wait until 3 to get my GOOD fucking driver (y'know, the drug free one that HAS a license - yes I just found out he had no license, too) gets off work so he can take me to my car and we can get her started to go home.

Poor Emily (the car)... I hope she's okay.

I should've just fixed her myself.

Yeah but then how'd I get home? I'd still be stuck there AND have paid $100 in cab fares to get there just to hae my car 3km further away. Pft.

Sorry to hear of this happening, Lysondra--just what you needed. I hope that things are on an upswing now. I hope the car will be okay.

I'm kinda used to drama now, y'know? Like I've stopped even caring. I don't get stressed just like... well... wait until 3 to get my car and a new battery, what else can I do? *siiiigh*....

I swear, my life can't have small bad shit. No, when bad shit happens to me it's like YOUR CAR WAS STOLEN BY A DRUG DEALER AND MIGHT'VE BEEN USED FOR PARTS.

I've had the same thing happen to me TWICE, so I know exactly how you feel--in both cases they were after the fancy Alpine radio. You have the right attitude--just move on. What else can you do? Some would get down about it and think that everyone's out to get them, but this sounds like one screwed-up immoral drug dealer, and his life is well on the way to winding up exactly where he's guiding it--into the gutter. I just wish he hadn't stumbled upon you in his stumblings through life. Here's to hoping this will be resolved for you soon, and you can trust the other driver more!

If it were anyone else, I wouldn't believe it. Especially with the nonchalant attitude.

But with Lysondra, I have no doubt this is exactly what happened. Oy.

    Oy oy oy.

It's gotten that way with me, hasn't it?

Sometimes like last year or so so much shit was happening and I was just kinda like...well... being dramatic about it just stresses me out so... I'm gonna stop now.

    And I did.

The wierdest fucking shit happens to me. I used to freak out. Now I just kinda...don't.

I just hope Emily is okay. I can't exactly afford an entirely new car right now as I have to buy them in cash straight out as a non-citizen... but that's not why I care... I just really loved Emily as a car.

Aren't you close to becoming legit? Wasn't it just 6 months left a little while ago?

    October, yeah.

But that doesn't matter. Still can't get a loan. I just put all my finances together and I have enough to buy a car just like Emily straight out if I need without going into my diamonds or gold. But I'll be broke for a week or two. Boo. That's if worse comes to worse though. I'd rather fix Emily.

I was just curious when you'll finally be a REAL Aussie.

Don't stress about Emily, you don't even know if she's badly broken yet.

Prime directive: no one cares about your stuff more than you. Everyone else has their own problems to take care of, so even if they say they'll 'help' you, especially for 'free', make sure you're there when they 'help.'
I loved going to strip clubs; I actually made some friends there. Now things are different for the clubs and for me. As a result I am not as happy.

Customers are not entitled to grope, disrespect, or rob strippers. This is their job, not their hobby, and they all need income. Clubs are not just some erotic show for guys to view while drinking.

NOTE: anything I post here, outside of a direct quote, is my opinion only, which I am entitled to. Take it for what you estimate it is worth.

Well I kinda didn't think 'their own problems' included DRUG TRAFFICKING. And bonus, when I got the call I was also told 'and his other warrants must've caught up with him'...O_O

    UPDATE:

When my friend opened the bonnet of my car he said, "What the fuck, was this person on drugs?"

    Why yes, yes he was.

There were wires coming from my fans, through my windscreen to my battery (figure that one out in your head. Go on). He broke my radiator in two places. He killed my battery completely, drained my windscreen fluid, took out one of my headlights, and left my car unlocked and stole a hubcap.

All in all the repairs to his damage are going to be in the thousand dollar range, not including the panel beating which is what I ORIGINALLY gave him the car for.

But in a really odd twist of whatthefuckery, he gave me a brand new chrome grill.

Bizarre! Glad you got your car back... sort of in one piece. $1,000 bites, but at least it's not as much as a new car. I guess.

    what a wanker!!!

Yeah, not as much as a new car... and I can get the panels from another place and just fix it myself so I'm not at a terrible loss, really.

It's the brand new chrome grill that gets me.

Where DID you find that idiot "driver"? Did he used to be someone else's driver and/or offer his services as a driver to you after you were at a party? Huh?

haha in re the chrome grill! that's just funny..

Shitshitshit... I forgot my tax bill was due this week. With that, the towing and the car repairs, I don't know if I can eat this week. *sigh*
