I got my cat spayed a couple months ago because she was in heat and pissing on everything. Well she's pissing on everything again! WTF? I thought spaying them stopped that??

Once the behavior starts,it doesnt always end with spaying/neutering. Which is why its best to have them fixed BEFORE those behaviors begin.
Now you have to address the behavioral issue....make sure the litter box is clean, change litters to see what she likes best,etc...etc..
She could have a bladder infection.

When my cat was doing this, he had crystals in his urine.
If you take him to the vet and he is healthy, the best way to stop this is when you find they have peed, grab them and stick their nose close to the piss. Firmly say "No!!" Then take them and put them in the litter box. That is the only way to really communicate that they must pee in the litter box.

It worked for me. Took about 4 times and she learned........ just saying.
I'm glad it worked for you,but it is universally frowned upon strongly as a training technique by vets and the like.
Yeah, that sorta works on dogs but not so much on cats.
If she's going in the same spot, put her food bowl on top of that spot. She'll find somewhere else to go (ideally the litterbox) because they won't pee near their food. Later when she's established the habit of using the litterbox, you can move the food bowl back to wherever you want it to be.

I don't know too much about cats but when I first moved in with my roommate, his cat would constantly pee on my stuff and then she got spayed like 2 months ago and it stopped completely so maybe it is a different issue.
My female cat has done the same thing. She urinated on 2 rugs in the bathroom. I got her fixed (thinking it would stop) and it didnt
I bought and washed the rugs in it - she no longer urinates on them. Its ok to use on carpet, furniture, clothing, etc. I guess it gets rid of the cat smell (or whatever it is) that keeps them urinating on the same spot even after washing with regular soap.
Could be a sign of a urinary tract infection, or, perchance:
Did you get another cat, pet...or boyfriend? It could be a dominance thing.
Our last female cat never stopped spraying her whole life, and she was spayed as a kitten. With some cats, neutering stops it, and with others, you have to decide whether you love the cat enough to live with the problem. All the ideas above are good and one or more of them will work for you. Probably.
if the cat is getting on in age, it's more of a habit.
good luck.

Oh, definitely! There's your problem right there! Move the food to wherever she's been peeing, introduce her to the litterbox again (just gently and sweetly put her in it to remind her that it's there), and I bet she starts using it without a problem.
Think about it. Would YOU want to do your dirty business in the kitchen where your food is?
Like someone mentioned wash everything with natures miracle. If there is any trace of urine from before (carpet upholstery anything) she may continue to urinate in those spots. Also like Yek said, move the food bowl. Good luck
OH if those things don't work take her to the vet and have her urine tested. There could be an issue that needs attention medically.

Make sure she doesn't have a UTI. Pick up the Feliway (synthetic cat facial pheromones, weird huh?) plug-in from a pet store. It makes cats feel more at ease and thus stop peeing where they ought not to. I say that it works. Anything is worth a shot! Also, washing the peed-on stuff with baking soda helps.
