Alright, I got hit by two flus in 4 weeks, so I've put on 7 lbs (I eat a LOT when I'm sick and don't exercise, so I gain weight when I'm sick.) My goal is to lose that for sure and THEN SOME. I'm gonna give myself a 12-15 lb weight loss in 1 month.
What're your goals for the month? Let's encourage and keep track of it all here.
I'm gonna do the pictures, measurements, and weigh-ins tomorrow morning.
